Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand message effectively. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and execute designs across various platforms including print, digital, and social media.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Create visual assets such as logos, illustrations, and graphics for various marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media posts, and website content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet the desired objectives.
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality designs.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
- Occasionally assist with other design-related tasks as needed, such as photo editing or creating promotional materials.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or any field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for both print and digital formats.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles (preferred but not required).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
