We're Hiring: Store Manager (Purchase & Store Operations) – Dhule


Location
: Dhule, Maharashtra


Qualification
: B.Tech + MBA (Operations)


Experience
: 3-7 years preferred in purchase & store management

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Oversee and manage all store operations, including inventory, procurement, and material handling
  • Lead end-to-end purchase activities, vendor management, and cost negotiations
  • Ensure optimal stock levels and timely availability of materials
  • Implement best practices in storekeeping, stock audits, and documentation
  • Maintain coordination between purchase, production, and finance teams
  • Monitor and improve KPIs related to store efficiency and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Skills & Competencies
:

  • Strong knowledge of store & purchase operations in a manufacturing/industrial setup
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
