About the Role

We are looking for a skilled React Native + Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences on both iOS and Android platforms.

You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build high-quality, performant, and scalable mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and Flutter.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and UI consistency across platforms.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing mobile applications.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile development technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in mobile app development.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying applications using React Native and/or Flutter.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Dart.
  • Experience with State Management (e.g., Redux, MobX, Provider, Riverpod, BLoC).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase.
  • Solid knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
  • Hands-on experience with app deployment (App Store, Google Play).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with native modules (Swift, Kotlin, Java).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
  • Experience with Push Notifications, Analytics, and In-App Purchases.

Soft Skills
