We are Hiring a Data Management / MIS Executive

Interview Mode: Face-to-Face

Job Location: Green Park, Delhi

Experience: 1 - 4 Years

Education: MBA / MCA. / B.Tech / BCA / Diploma / Graduate

Salary: INR 50,000/-

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage and streamline internal data systems using Google Workspace tools (Sheets, AppSheet, and Apps Script). The ideal candidate will handle reporting, create and maintain dashboards, manage employee performance scoring systems, and ensure data-driven operations run smoothly on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

FMS (File Management System):

Maintain and regularly update multiple Sheets-based systems; ensure data accuracy and ease of access.

AppSheet & Google Apps Script Development:

Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using AppSheet and Google Apps Script to improve process efficiency.

Query & Support Handling:

Respond to and resolve day-to-day operational queries from internal teams regarding sheet functionality or data-related tasks.

Employee Scoring System:

Design and maintain performance scoring mechanisms across departments based on defined KPIs and activity logs.

Reporting:

Prepare and circulate accurate reports (daily/weekly/monthly) in a timely manner to all relevant stakeholders.

Dashboards:

Create visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards to present insights clearly for management review and decision-making.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong command over Google Sheets, AppSheet, and Google Apps Script

Ability to manage and automate complex data systems

Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills

Prior experience in MIS, reporting, or operations will be preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
