Digital Marketing Manager University ERP

Experience: 6–10 years in Digital Marketing (Product/EdTech/ERP)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our University ERP product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital branding, lead generation, and product marketing with strong expertise in building visibility in the Higher Education and ERP domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to position our ERP as a leading solution for universities.
  • Drive branding campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Twitter, etc.) with measurable impact.
  • Plan and manage SEO, SEM, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid ads to generate qualified leads.
  • Oversee website, landing pages, blogs, and social media presence to ensure consistent brand voice.
  • Build thought leadership through case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and influencer engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to design marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Manage marketing analytics to track ROI, performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • Lead brand positioning at education expos, university summits, and digital events.
  • Stay updated on EdTech, ERP, and digital marketing trends to innovate strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6–10 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 3+ years in B2B SaaS/ERP/EdTech products.
  • Proven success in digital branding and lead generation for enterprise or education technology products.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Analytics, CRM, and automation tools
  • Experience in content strategy, social media, and thought leadership marketing.
  • Excellent communication, creative thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
