Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to lead and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and brand strategy within a fast-paced travel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement B2C/B2B marketing strategies to promote travel packages, destinations, and services.

Plan seasonal, promotional, and destination-based campaigns in alignment with business goals.

Digital Marketing

Manage SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing campaigns.

Oversee website content, landing pages, and blog updates in coordination with content teams.

Monitor performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).

Partnerships & Affiliations

Collaborate with airlines, hotels, tourism boards, and influencers for co-branded promotions.

Coordinate with OTA platforms (e.g., , MakeMyTrip, TripAdvisor) for marketing tie-ups.

Content & Branding

Work with content creators and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, videos, reels, and newsletters.

Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all touchpoints.

Market Research & Reporting

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities.

Track KPIs and ROI of campaigns and prepare performance reports for management.

Events & Exhibitions

Plan and execute travel expos, tourism fairs, and webinars to generate leads and promote services.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing platforms)

Experience in travel industry marketing

Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects

Proficiency in analytics tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in travel, hospitality, or tourism Familiarity with destination marketing is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
