About the Role: At Inspacco, procurement isn't just about buying – it's about building the right partnerships, negotiating smartly, and making sure every project runs smoothly.

Role & Responsibilities:

● End-to-end procurement – sourcing, partner development, contracts, and delivery

● Negotiate rates and agreements that balance cost and quality

● Forecast requirements and manage inventory levels

● Collaborate with Operations, Projects, and Finance teams to ensure smooth workflows

● Track market trends and suggest smarter buying strategies

● Maintain strong supplier/partner relationships for long-term growth Skills Required:

● Strong negotiation & contract management abilities

● Good knowledge of procurement systems/ERP tools

● Experience in inventory management & demand forecasting

● Excellent partner relationship management skills

● Leadership qualities to guide and manage a team

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Eligibility

● Graduate in Supply Chain / Business / Engineering (Master's preferred)

● Min. 4+ years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain and partner management
