Job Description


• Analysis of exposure data provided as input to the risk analyses, including data quality assessment (consistency and plausibility checks), data augmentation and data management.
• Perform catastrophe risk analyses, review and verify results, and prepare the necessary reporting. Communicate and explain results to stakeholders
• Perform monthly/quarterly portfolio roll-ups and reporting
• Provide clear and concise summary of exposure/loss movements as part of portfolio modelling analytics
• Provide support for internal projects, including testing, sensitivity analyses and impact studies
• Support catastrophe event response reporting
• Support the development of tools to help automate current Cat modelling processes
• Collaborate, present, and share knowledge with the wider Exposure Management team and Group Exposure Management function
• Use technical expertise to resolve basic catastrophe modelling issues to ensure timely delivery of quality analyses that meet business needs and requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Actuarial Science
