Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
  • Supervise accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
  • Oversee finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to support financial planning.
  • Review and approve journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents.
  • Implement and strengthen internal controls for smooth accounting processes.
  • Guide and mentor junior accountants in their daily tasks.
  • Liaise with management to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
