Responsibilities Include:

  • Work on developing sources of recruitment and forming a talent pipeline through various channels such as job portals, website, personal contacts and recommendations from existing employees.
  • Enhance the positive candidate experience, tracking candidates.
  • Work on collaborating with hiring managers for scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Roll out the offer letter to the selected candidates.
  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including sourcing and screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement till the date of joining.
  • Screen CVs and engage with the candidate to ascertain their technology skills and experience.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure all involved parties are kept informed of schedules and schedule changes.
  • Office admin and team coordination with operation monitoring. Virtual office managing and team assistance.
  • Attendance and salary/stipend management with support.
  • Calling experience for business coordination and customer care.

Stipend: INR 5000/- (Incentive as per performance if applicable)

Mode: Work from home

Duration: 3-6 Months as per performance.
