Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, assist in recruitment processes, and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow within the HR domain and gain hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and company websites.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • HR Administration:
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documents.
  • Handle routine correspondence and communications.
  • Manage and update HR policies and procedures as needed.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Coordinate employee welfare programs and activities.
  • Support the organization of training sessions and workshops.
  • Payroll and Benefits Support:
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
  • Help in resolving employee queries related to benefits, leaves, and salaries.
  • Compliance and Policies:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Support audits and compliance checks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous experience or internships in HR is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
