Role & responsibilities

  1. Work on all aspect of software product life cycle (requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, release etc)

  2. Develop and code new features in software

  3. Improvements, bug fixes in existing software

  4. Develop web based application and provide extension for mobile application

  5. Ability to understand and perform 3rd party integration (SQL server, Zoho, Salesforce, PowerBI, Quickbooks, Sage, Googlesuites, Microsoft office 365, leading ERPs, etc)

  6. Ability to design user centric software: simple, intuitive and user friendly

  7. Deliver code in time and within budget

  8. Independently manage tasks with little oversight, self-starter

  9. Coordinate with other team members

Desired Skills:

  1. Bachelor/Masters in Computer Management (MCM) or Bachelors/Diploma in Computer Engineering

(BE)

  1. Min 3-6 yrs software development experience (more experience is desirable)

  2. Languages expertise: PHP (must), Python, SQL, Javascript (must), .NET (optional but desirable) , AJAX, HTLM, CSS

  3. Database: MySQL, MSAccess, MangoDb (optional)

  4. Experience with LAMP and XMAP stack environment is MUST, expertise in full stack development is desirable

  5. software frameworks: codeignitor or similar MVC framework is MUST

  6. Experience of 3rd party integration is highly desirable

  7. Knowledge of version control, issue tracking tools

  8. Ability to understand and quickly learn open source technologies

  9. software development methodologies (Agile development cycle), software processes

  10. Integration testing

  11. Good Oral and written English communication

  12. Analytical thinking ability, team player, professional conduct and ethical work habits
