Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Voice Specialist based in Saligramam, Chennai for our Client.
The primary responsibilities include managing customer relationships through direct communication channels, providing sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Additionally, the CRM Voice Specialist will collaborate with teams on customer-focused projects, monitor key performance metrics, and contribute to overall process improvement to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management (Voice) and customer service skills
  • Sales and Communication skills with a focus on building rapport and addressing client needs
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer data and develop actionable insights
  • Project Management abilities to collaborate across teams and drive customer-related initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or CRM roles will be an advantage
