About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally, billing, sales, purchase, and GST. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling accounting operations within a retail or optical industry setup and be comfortable managing end-to-end bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations using Tally.
  • Record and maintain sales and purchase entries accurately.
  • Generate and manage billing and invoices.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and handle related compliance activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for billing or payment clarifications.
  • Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, GST filing, billing, and purchase/sales accounting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in the optical or retail industry preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
