About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader/Architect with a strong technical background and leadership

experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core, Angular, SQL, AWS, and a

variety of other modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, iOS, macOS, Docker, and

Kubernetes. In this role, you will drive the architectural vision, manage a team of developers, and

ensure successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design and Implementation:

Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software architecture.

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

Ensure architectural best practices are followed, including design patterns, scalability, and security.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment.

Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.

Technology Strategy and Innovation:

Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools, and best practices that enhance development efficiency.

Advocate for and implement best practices in DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Docker and

Project Planning and Management:

Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization.

Provide guidance on technical risks, challenges, and solution trade-offs.

Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely and efficient

project delivery.

Core Technical Skills:

.NET Core & C#: Advanced knowledge and experience building web applications and RESTful APIs.

Angular: Proficient in front-end development with Angular, Typescript, and related frameworks.

SQL & Databases: Expert in database design, optimization, and management with SQL and other databases.

AWS: Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, architecture, and best practices for cloud applications.

Java & Spring Boot: Solid experience in Java and the Spring Boot framework for backend development.

Docker & Kubernetes: Proficient in containerization and orchestration, with experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.

iOS & macOS: Exposure to iOS and macOS development, preferably with Swift and/or Objective-C.
