- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

- Meet performance targets related to appointments and engagement.

- Collect patient feedback to improve service delivery.

Eligibility:

- Any graduate; freshers are welcome.

- Candidates with a background in healthcare or dietetics are encouraged to apply.**

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in Hindi, English, Marathi, or Gujarati.

- Comfortable using phone systems and CRM software.
