Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Solution Subject Matter Expert
In this role, the candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Life Sciences solution, with expertise in Tableau Admin/Tableau cloud Architect skills/ DevOps/ Data Architect.
Responsibilities

•    Relevant years of experience in IT industry, and exposure LSH domain is good to have.

•    Sound knowledge of framework and lifecycle of Technology Projects

•    A good understanding of Business Intelligence and Data ware housing end to end architecture.

•    Good understanding on best practices of Data Governance, Data Management, Self Service, Product Development, data base designing, modelling, self-service reporting

•    Understanding of various compute components in cloud, sizing, alerts.

•    Devops implementation using Source safe like bit bucket, got.

•    Strong written and oral communications skills

•    Should be travel ready for consulting engagements at onshore locations ( if needed ).

•    Sound knowledge of Effort estimation & building proposals.

•    Manages business-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.).

•    Drives & is accountable for operations across the full project lifecycle, from prospect to collections

•    Has independently conceptualized and setup account processes for his/her account to ensure operational excellence

•    Opens new buying points in existing clients

•    Conducts core activities of planning and tracking such as setting up a plan in the Plan Tool or the chosen project management tool for the project, assigning stories to iterations (if relevant), and managing the plan in terms of issue/dependency tracking and milestones.

•    Identifies and drives the creation of a set of processes that best facilitates the execution of the project.

•    Leads activities for decomposing requirements into associated stories. or other relevant sub units

•    Facilitates scope management with clients as well as oversees estimates.

•    Manages multiple projects and other situations requiring scope change management processes

•    Ability to come up with a relationship management strategy at an account level.

•    Facilitate issue resolution with business level stakeholders
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
BTech / MTech / MS – Computer Science, IT 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Should have clear understanding of one or more of the below technologies –

•    BI Reporting\: Tableau & Power BI, user experience.

•    Database\: Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Redshift etc.

•    Cloud – AWS, Azure

•    Tools – Snowflake, Collibra , MDM, Git/Bit bucket

•    Data Flow tools – Alteryx, SSIS, Databricks, ADF, notebooks.

•    DevOps, Helm, Openshit, CI/CD, SonarCube, Kubernetes, Teeraform Cloud infra management.
