Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance Specialist located in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for conducting business process reviews, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Implementing and managing enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, conducting risk analyses, and developing strategies to mitigate potential threats. Responsibilities also include evaluating current business processes, conducting in-depth analysis, collaborating with various teams to identify improvement opportunities, and implementing optimized workflows and better internal controls while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Effective communication and collaboration with internal and external teams will also be integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in conducting Business Process Reviews, preparing and analysing Internal Audit Reports.
  • Expertise in Business Process Improvement, Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Compliance Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Legal Compliance.
  • Proficiency in understanding and mapping complex business processes
  • Demonstrated Analytical Skills for identifying risks and improving processes
  • Excellent Communication skills for reporting, stakeholder management, and coordinating with teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring alignment with compliance frameworks in fast-paced environments.
  • Chartered Accountant/ Certified Management Accountant/ Master's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is advantageous but not required
