Location: Pune (Camp)

80% role of Internal Audit & 20% role of Company Secretary.

Job Description-



Planning:



a)     Prepare annual plan for Internal Audit.



Major Activities:



a)     Conduct Internal Audit with a purpose to ensure compliance with the Internal Control Procedures of the company.



b)     Coordinate specific processes to support the implementation and execution of the Audit Plan, monitoring compliance, preparing and presenting audit findings & recommendations and providing assurance of compliance with statutory requirements, policies and procedures in line with International Standards / organizations policies and procedures.



c)     To provide timely and accurate information to the management on internal audits and to check evidences certifying adherence to the laid down policies and procedures.



d)     To conduct timely review of Internal Control Procedures of the company with a purpose to check adequacy.



e)     Conduct Internal Audits based on key indicators and interaction with executives and ensure data maintenance.



f)      Reviewing and reporting on statutory compliance.



g)     Giving cost saving & revenue leakage related suggestions to the Top Management.



h)     Conduct special audits/ assignments at the direction of Top Management.



i)      To conduct physical verification of cash, stocks, fixed assets, documents etc.



j)      To carry out such other tasks as maybe assigned.



k)     To carry out such other task as maybe assigned.



l)      To prepare monthly MIS for review and submission to management for consolidation.



m)   Audit assignments at various Plants and Branch office of company.



n)     Knowledge of Statutory matters like GST etc.
