Position Overview

The HR Associate will play a key role in supporting and executing HR processes across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to grow within a fast-paced and value-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end hiring, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews.

Support smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.

Coordinate engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.

Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed.

Assist in statutory compliance documentation.

Prepare HR-related reports and dashboards for management.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

0–2 years of experience in HR or related functions (freshers with internships are welcome).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
