Procurement Executive – Food

We are looking for a Procurement Executive for food and provision supplies who can manage vendor relationships, sourcing, purchasing, and quality checks of food products. Candidates from Catering/Hotel Management/Food Technology background (2024/2025 graduates) are welcome. Prior experience in the food supply industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for food & provision items.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  • Conduct market research on pricing, quality, and availability of food items.
  • Manage purchase orders, bills, and vendor records.
  • Work closely with stores, accounts, and operations team to forecast requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments.
  • Maintain cost control and reduce wastage in procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Catering Science, Food Technology, or related field (2024/2025 passed outs can apply).
  • Prior experience or internship in food procurement/supply chain (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of food items, quality standards, and supply chain process.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems / MS Excel (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
