Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in Jalpaiguri. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, setting and achieving performance goals, and ensuring effective team collaboration. Additional responsibilities include mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and implementing strategic plans to improve processes and outcomes. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
