Reports To: Vice President / Chief Human Resources Officer
Location: Delhi
Position Overview:
The AVP Human Resources will serve as a strategic HR partner and play a key leadership role in shaping, implementing, and managing the full spectrum of human resource functions. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership to support business goals, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with company vision and long-term objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic HR insights and solutions.
- Lead organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
- Talent Management & Acquisition:
- Drive robust talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Oversee onboarding, succession planning, and internal mobility programs.
Implement leadership development, learning programs, and career pathing initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
Champion a positive organizational culture that reflects company values.
- Design and implement employee engagement strategies and action plans.
- Manage diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure smooth HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, global HR policies, and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven HR metrics and analytics.
Performance & Compensation:
- Develop performance management frameworks aligned to company KPIs.
- Coordinate annual appraisal cycles, compensation planning, and rewards strategies.
- Benchmark market trends and advise on competitive compensation structures.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in a global or multi-cultural organization preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
