(Assistant Centre Manager - Skincare Clinic)**

The Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the skincare clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, exceptional customer service, and an engaged and well-trained team. This includes overseeing staff, handling administrative and financial management, and driving sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operations Management

  2. Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure efficiency.

  3. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders as needed.

  5. Staff Management

  6. Train, supervise, and evaluate staff, including therapists and receptionists.

  7. Schedule and manage staff rosters.

  8. Drive team development through constructive feedback and training sessions.

  9. Customer Service

  10. Ensure excellent customer care and resolve feedback or inquiries promptly.

  11. Oversee client scheduling, follow-ups, and provide support to ensure a seamless patient experience.

  12. Sales & Revenue

  13. Achieve sales and revenue targets.

  14. Maintain client retention and manage sales follow-ups.

  15. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain sales and enquiry records.

  16. Financial Management

  17. Oversee clinic budgets and expenses.

  18. Analyze financial data to increase clinic profitability.

  19. Coordinate with finance for reports and accountability.

  20. Compliance & Quality

  21. Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards.

  22. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the clinic.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing clinics, preferably in skincare or dermatology.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
