As an HR Executive, you will play a critical role in strengthening the organization's human resources operations with a primary focus on recruitment, HR operations, documentation, and onboarding. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to build a strong foundation in end-to-end HR processes. You will act as a key point of coordination between candidates, employees, hiring managers, and leadership, ensuring smooth recruitment cycles and compliant HR operations.
Requirements
*Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms and maintain candidate pipelines
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assist in interview evaluations
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate complete onboarding processes for new hires, including offer letters, joining formalities, and induction support
- Ensure new employees receive proper documentation, system access, and onboarding communication
- Support probation tracking, confirmation processes, and employee data updates
HR Operations & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and HR databases
- Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and employee acknowledgements
- Support compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements
- Assist in maintaining attendance, leave records, and HR trackers
HR Coordination & Support
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Support HR initiatives related to engagement, policy communication, and internal coordination
- Assist senior HR team members with audits, reports, and process improvements
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
- Hands-on experience or strong exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations (HR Ops)
- Good understanding of HR documentation processes and employee record management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and employees
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, email communication)
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn end-to-end HR functions
- A people-centric mindset with a professional and ethical approach to HR practices
