You will lead a team of passionate developers guidingthem on architecture, code quality, and delivery while staying hands -on tosolve complex technical challenges. This is a role for someone who thrives in afast -paced, product -driven environment and is excited about shaping the futureof trading technology. Key Responsibilities: Leadand grow a team of software engineers through mentorship, coaching, andperformance management.Stayhands -on with development contribute to design discussions, perform codereviews, and handle critical implementations.Ownthe architecture and design of scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems.Establishengineering excellence by defining coding standards, best practices, andquality benchmarks.Collaboratecross -functionally with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to defineproject goals and timelines.Driveagile execution, improving team velocity and delivery predictability.Identifyand resolve performance bottlenecks and architectural inefficiencies.Fostera culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Requirements: 12+years of professional experience in software development, with recent hands -oncoding in Golang, Python, or Flutter. The core experience in building extremelylow latency and high throughput transactional systems using low -levelfoundational languages like C, C++ or C# is a big plus.Strongbackground in system design, architecture, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS,Azure, or GCP).Proficiencyin microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOpsprinciples.Experiencein a fast -paced or startup environment, ideally within B2B or fintech domains.Provenexperience leading engineering teams or managing senior engineers.Abilityto recruit, mentor, and retain top technical talent.Strongcommunication and stakeholder management skills.Strategicthinker with a bias for action and delivery.
