Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, applicable laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal agreements with customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of vendor and partner agreements.
  • Manage disputes, litigation, and coordinate with external legal counsel.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and provide proactive solutions to minimize legal risks.
  • Advise internal teams (HR, Secretarial, Finance) on legal matters, contracts, and policy frameworks.
  • Stay abreast of NBFC regulations and industry developments, offering strategic legal insights.

Requirements:

  • LLB degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the NBFC or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and corporate laws.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a reliable individual contributor.
