As an Employee Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for administering employee benefit programs, handling claims and reimbursements, and assisting with HR operational activities. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries, helping them navigate policies and processes effectively. Your contribution will ensure that the benefits programs run smoothly, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave encashment, wellness schemes, and other company-provided perks.
- Process employee claims and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related queries, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain and update employee records related to benefits, claims, and reimbursements in HR systems.
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and external vendors to manage benefits administration, plan renewals, and policy updates.
- Monitor claims and reimbursements trends, identify issues, and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with payroll integration and ensure accurate benefits deductions and reimbursements.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on benefits utilization, claims status, and other relevant metrics for HR management.
- Support HR operations by maintaining compliance documentation, assisting with audits, and contributing to process standardization.
- Communicate updates, policy changes, and benefits information to employees in a clear and timely manner.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Minimum 1 year of experience handling employee benefits, claims, reimbursements, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll integration, and employee benefits administration.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive employee data confidentially.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees, HR teams, and vendors.
- Proficient in HR software, claim management tools, and MS Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset to identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and suggest process improvements.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to handling employee queries and operational challenges.
