Facilities Coordinator for Expats Domestic Maintenance Services in Mumbai

This position is for TENANCY MANAGEMENT. It is about administration and coordination of the variety of Maintenance & Upkeep services for the Expat Houses in Mumbai (individual apartments spread over various locations). The services include AC AMC, Pest Control AMC, Electrical/Carpentry/Plumbing troubleshooting services, delivery of water jars and other services, Housekeeping, etc.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Review the ongoing work of various services we offer to customers (maintenance, housekeeping, apartment and office set-up, etc) at various residential premises.
  • Quality check and lead a team of supervisors, technicians.
  • Coordinate and Improve vendors management
  • Review the client relations management by team.
  • Make SoPs and SoWs. Keep watch on policy followed by the team.
  • The job involves on-site visits, as well as desk work- around 70% desk work from the office, 30% fieldwork
  • Record / Data keeping / Scheduling

Educational Qualification and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree is MUST
  • 0-2 years of work experience in administration / facility management is preferred.
  • English skills (verbal and written) are a must (our clients are foreigners)
  • Good skills in message/email writing, Excel, word, are a must
  • Multi-tasking, Peoples management
  • Hands-on with general PC and software usage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
