  • Should have a minimum of 6+years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Should have clear understanding of the US-IT recruitment process, which includes and not limited to negotiation of compensation/salary, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
  • Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should have in-depth knowledge of the W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers.
  • Proficient in using US Job Portals like LinkedIn, Dice, indeed, social networking sites.
  • Good Understanding of IT Terms and Technologies.
  • Must be willing to work in US Day hours (night shifts).
  • Must be experienced in Recruiting cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting.
  • Would be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in the recruitment process.
  • Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees and the clients.
  • Good in quality submissions and salary negotiations.
  • Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
  • Should have strong desire to work on challenging requirements

Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 45 days/less are highly preferred
