Position Summary:The Director, Functional Portfolio & Product Lead plays a pivotal role in aligning the data and analytics portfolio with strategic business objectives. This role is responsible for leading the prioritization, delivery, and governance of domain-specific product portfolios, ensuring they deliver measurable business value. By overseeing product strategy, roadmap development, and backlog execution, the Functional Portfolio Lead bridges technical execution with business outcomes.

The role also facilitates business and technical requirements gathering, portfolio ownership, and consultative leadership to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. With a focus on portfolio optimization, this role fosters cross-functional collaboration, embeds best practices in product management, and champions a culture of data-informed strategy and execution. Who we're looking for:Primary Responsibilities:Own the strategic alignment across business stakeholders for specific data portfolios.

Partners with business leaders to document the business requirements for specific products; communicates the requirements back to the Product Engineers. Manages a team of Data Product owners; responsible for the delivery of their products. Prioritizes and plans for the delivery of domain product portfolios; this includes overseeing the product backlog management and executionProvide business consulting and coaching related to the products; aligns data initiatives with organizational objectives.

Works across teams to provide feedback on adoption, training and deployment. Skill:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Experience managing high performing teams.

Experience in data visualization and storytelling to communicate insights effectively. Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.12 Professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
