Job Title: Senior Project Director

Role Overview:

The senior project director is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of complex projects across multiple business verticals. This role ensures effective management of resources, schedules, and quality standards while adhering to global project management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic initiatives with complete accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define scope, allocate resources, establish timelines, and set communication strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-priority projects from initiation to closure.
  • Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports on milestones, deliverables, and key metrics.
  • Develop and track project budgets ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Provide insights on cost-benefit and ROI analysis.
  • Proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies while driving corrective actions.
  • Oversee acquisition and management of project resources, materials, and tools.
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Skillful in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives, stakeholders, and peers.
  • Information Technology knowledge required in advanced level.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
