Job Title: Net Developer (Analyst/Associate Consultant)

The Role

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with hands-on experience in modern application development to join our growing engineering team. This role involves working on large-scale, high-impact projects for global clients, delivering cutting-edge solutions using modern engineering practices and tools.

You will be part of a dynamic environment where innovation, agility, and collaboration are at the core of how we operate.

Responsibilities

Technology Stack

You should have a working knowledge of most of the following:

  • Backend & Frameworks: .NET Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, MassTransit, DAPR, Aspire
  • Frontend & UI: React, TypeScript
  • APIs & Integrations: REST API, GraphQL
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure, Docker, Azure AD, Okta, OpenTelemetry
  • Collaboration & CI/CD: GitHub, Azure DevOps
  • Business Applications & Analytics: SharePoint, Power BI, Fabric Workspaces

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern engineering frameworks and practices.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and senior engineers to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Participate in design discussions and code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and secure code.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and testing environments.
  • Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and other DevOps practices for improved delivery efficiency.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute ideas for process and product improvement.
Qualifications

Desired Skillset

  • Hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core development.
  • Experience building web applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and system architecture.
  • Working knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker (Kubernetes exposure is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Exposure to frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
