Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in end to end recruitment.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Fostering long-term relationships and building a network of past applicants and potential candidates
  • Should have done Leadership level hiring/Bulk hiring/ Sales hiring/Customer Support hiring
  • Expertise in Headhunting and niche Level hiring.
  • Good command over sourcing tools like - & LinkedIn etc.
  • Acting as a SPOC for various inter departmental coordination
  • Expert in sourcing, screening and lining up the candidates as needed
  • Expert in manpower planning, formalizing recruitment strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience into end to end recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a recruitment agency or in-house HR department.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, telephonic interviewing, reference check etc).
  • Should have experience in bulk hiring.
  • Ownership and Accountability for the given task.
