We are a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists who worktowards bridging the gap in the hiring processes and helping professionals find their rightprofessional fit.Job Profile:We are looking for a competent Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist our clients in findingthe best creative professionals to add to their teams. You’ll attract candidates, screen themand match them to appropriate positions. The ideal candidate will have a passion forconnecting talent with opportunity and possess a deep understanding of recruitmentstrategies.Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers/founders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesSource candidates through various channels such as Osmo databases, social media, networking, and referralsManage the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboardingEmploy recruiting methods and strategies to attract candidates (Good knowledge of Linkedin and other job portals)Evaluate resumes and applications on a regular basis.Assume responsibility of pre-interview screeningMatch the most suitable candidates to different positionsCreate relationships with job seekers and provide adviceFacilitate and finalise agreements/offer letters between candidate and EmployersBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship managementStep in when necessary to problem solve on behalf of the internal teamSkills:Strong communication and coordination skillsBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and LinkedinComprehensive knowledge of social media and recruiting platformsExcellent communication skills; spoken and written EnglishGood creativity & innovation with an ability to be self- motivated and motivate team membersExcellent time management & problem solving skillsExperience: 0-1+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
