Role & responsibilities

Key Experience and Skills:

  • Project Experience:

  • Hands-on involvement in Greenfield (new plant setup) and Brownfield (existing plant modification/expansion) projects in the pharmaceutical sector.

  • Review of design data, layout plans, and approval processes to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.

  • Installation & Commissioning:

  • Installation and commissioning of process equipment, with a strong focus on Line-02 process equipment.

  • Executing equipment qualification activities such as Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

  • Documentation & Protocols:

  • Preparation, review, and approval of project and operational protocols, technical documents, and compliance records.

  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation related to equipment and plant processes.

  • Maintenance Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with plant equipment maintenance strategies, including preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration procedures.

  • Understanding of equipment lifecycle management and maintenance documentation.

  • Calibration & Preventive Maintenance:

  • Managing calibration schedules and execution to ensure equipment accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Planning and implementing preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
