Role Overview

We are looking for a creative powerhouse part mad graphic designer, part 3D artist, part animator — someone who can translate the brand's ideas into stunning multi-dimensional visual experiences.

This role demands a designer who:

  • Thinks like an artist but executes like a technologist.
  • Balances unhinged creativity with luxury restraint.
  • Is hungry to experiment with new formats, tools, and mediums — always one step ahead of where visual culture is moving.

From Instagram carousels to 3D packaging renders, from kinetic typography to full-blown product animations, this designer will set the visual identity of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Branding

  • Create luxury-grade visuals for campaigns, lookbooks, social posts, invites, packaging.
  • Maintain and evolve brand identity systems (type, color, grids, motifs).
  • Ensure every output feels distinctive, elegant, and disruptive — not template-driven.

2. 3D Modeling & Visualization

  • Design and render 3D mockups of products, packaging, displays, and retail setups.
  • Create photo-realistic visuals for concept presentations and marketing use.
  • Experiment with immersive formats (AR mockups, 360 spins, virtual stores).

3. Motion & Animation

  • Produce motion graphics for digital campaigns: kinetic typography, logo reveals, animated ads.
  • Create animated explainer videos or conceptual shorts for campaigns.
  • Work with videographer/marketing to blend 3D/motion into films and reels.

4. Creative Innovation & Tool Mastery

  • Constantly explore and adopt new tools (AI-assisted design, WebGL, Unreal, Houdini, new plug-ins).
  • Lead internal sessions on visual experimentation to push the brand forward.
  • Balance wild experimentation with disciplined delivery timelines.

Must-Have Skills

  • Exceptional design sensibility: composition, type, rhythm, color, detail.
  • Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Skilled in 3D design: Blender / Cinema4D (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering).
  • Motion graphics & animation: After Effects, Premiere, or equivalents.
  • Strong storytelling ability: can make visuals that feel like narratives, not just assets.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Figma for collaborative design workflows.
  • Experience with real-time rendering tools (Unreal, Unity) or AR/VR.
  • Knowledge of print production & luxury packaging finishes.
