Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Designer located in Hyderabad. The Creative Designer will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, creating graphics, and implementing branding strategies. The role involves collaborating with other team members to deliver visually appealing and effective designs for web and marketing materials. The designer will also ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Creative Design and Graphic Design skills
  • Experience with Graphics and Web Design
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Branding strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent visual design skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Any Bachelor's degree and Added Advantage of you have graduation in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in design roles
  • Social Media (carousels, reels, infographics, story layouts)
  • Presentations (pitch decks, case studies, internal reports)
  • Short-form Videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, animated explainers)
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite,  Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut / Canva / Figma etc.
