Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Operations Project Manager located in New Delhi. The Senior Operations Project Manager will oversee daily operations, manage programs, and ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, strategic planning, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver on project objectives. The role demands strong analytical skills for performance assessment and continuous improvement, as well as excellent communication to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Operations Management and Program Management skills
  • Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for decision making
  • Exceptional Communication skills to work effectively with various teams
  • Proven experience in leading projects and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus
