Job Summary (Short Intro):

We are hiring a skilled and proactive E-Commerce & Web Operations Executive for SupplementWaala, responsible for handling online marketplace operations, website updates, B2B/B2C coordination, and basic development tasks. The ideal candidate must have 6+ months experience and strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, website management, and coding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon & Flipkart (listings, pricing, orders, returns, catalog updates).
  • Handle B2B & B2C communication, order follow-ups, and customer coordination.
  • Update and maintain the company's e-commerce website, including product uploads and content fixes.
  • Perform basic web development and coding tasks to improve website performance.
  • Monitor inventory, optimize listings, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Analyze marketplace performance and submit daily operational reports.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, timely shipping, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub.
  • Ability to manage both B2B and B2C operations.
  • Basic skills in web development and coding (HTML, CSS, JS preferred).
  • Good understanding of product listing, optimization, and online sales operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
