Location: Hadapsar, Pune.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
  • Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Quality departments for smooth material and process flow.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer requirements.
  • Analyze capacity, machine load, and manpower availability for effective resource utilization.
  • Monitor WIP (Work In Progress) and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
  • Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely availability of raw materials and outsourced components.
  • Control inventory levels while ensuring uninterrupted production.
  • Generate MIS reports related to production planning, material flow, and delivery status.
  • Implement and maintain SAP/ERP-based PPC systems (if applicable).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Kaizen, and TPM in production planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of PPC processes in manufacturing (preferably automotive/engineering industry).
  • Hands-on experience in SAP/ERP systems.
  • Good understanding of CNC/VMC/Stamping/Assembly shop processes.
  • Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
