Job Summary

Design and bring to life captivating slot games for land‑based or online/social casinos by developing mechanics, features, themes, and RTP/volatility models. Collaborate with creative, technical, math, and analytics teams to deliver high‑quality game experiences and ensure commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design slot game mechanics, bonus features, paytables, volatility models, and RTP structures in partnership with mathematicians and product teams
  • Develop detailed Game Design Documentation (GDD), including storyboards, wireframes, flowcharts, and narrative copy to guide the team
  • Create and tune mathematical models using tools like Excel, VBA, or scripting to simulate gameplay and ensure balanced, fair experiences
  • Participate in brainstorming and prototyping sessions, validating ideas through playtests and iteration cycles
  • Analyze player behavior, KPIs, and A/B test results to refine game designs and optimize engagement and monetization
  • Collaborate closely with art, development, UI/UX and QA—translating design vision into functional gameplay with attention to performance and regulatory compliance
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor slots and emerging formats (e.g. Megaways, progressive jackpots, cryptographic fairness)

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional Experience: Typically 5+ years in slot game design or iGaming, including social casino or real-money titles
  • Educational Background: Degree in Math, Statistics, CS, Economics, Game Design or equivalent practical experience
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing complete slot games or major features, including math balancing and player flow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
