Job opening For Branch Manager/Sr. Manager/Sr. RM / RM/Trainees -Equity & Commodity

We're seeking a talented Branch Manager to join our team at Nirmal Bang, a leading financial services firm. In this role, you'll spearhead our equity sales efforts, driving growth and fostering client relationships.

Job Description (JD):

  • Justify your branch and team costs with the minimum required number of accounts, margins, and revenue.
  • Must bring a minimum of 5 Relationship Managers (RMs) as part of your team.
  • Acquire HNI clients and franchisees on a monthly basis.
  • Advise and manage HNI client portfolios across equity and commodity products.
  • Lead, motivate, and ensure performance of your team; ensure that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
  • Drive revenue growth through client engagement, advisory services, and promotion of all in-house products.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client servicing.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to risk protocols.

Requirements:

Proven experience in equity & 5+ yrs of Experience in team handling sales.

NISM exam cleared.

Deep understanding of financial markets and products.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have a team handling Experience

Relationship Manager (RM) Equity Advisory

Reports to: Branch Manager / Sr. Manager

Job Description (JD):

  • Acquire and manage retail and HNI clients.
  • Provide investment advisory on equity and commodity portfolios.
  • Execute trades and offer daily market updates to clients.
  • Ensure consistent brokerage generation and client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client transactions and advisory.
  • Promote cross-selling of mutual funds, SIPs, and other third-party products.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in equity Sales/advisory.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Must be client-focused with a sales-driven mindset.
