Roles and Responsibilities;-

  • 1-4 years of experience in US healthcare or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of AR calling, denial management, RCM, and denial handling principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively over phone calls.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in revenue cycle management.
  • Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
  • Handle denial management by identifying and resolving reasons for denials.
  • Conduct RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) activities to optimize revenue streams.
  • Effectively manage denial handling processes to minimize write-offs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

    Manage AR calls to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.

  • Handle denial management by identifying and resolving reasons for denials.
