Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller, located in Hyderabad. The AR Caller will be responsible for managing and following up on outstanding accounts receivables, resolving billing and payment issues, and interacting with clients to ensure timely collections. Daily tasks include verifying insurance reimbursements, identifying payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of communication with payers and clients. Additionally, the AR Caller will support revenue cycle management by ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1.6 Years to 5 Years
  • Proficiency in Accounts Receivable management, including billing, collections, and resolving payment discrepancies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and payer interactions
  • Attention to detail with proficiency in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
  • Knowledge of insurance payment processes, follow-ups, and revenue cycle management
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in healthcare or insurance processes is preferred
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant field is advantageous
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus
