Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, conducting sales pitches and presentations, understanding customer requirements, and negotiating deals. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate Sales Strategy, Customer Engagement, and Sales
  • Strong skills in Marketing Campaigns and New Launches
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the real estate market is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
