We're Hiring: Senior Sales Consultant (Female Only) (Hair Transplant & Aesthetics)

Bloom Hair Transplant Clinic is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant (5–6 years) to join our team.

What You'll Do

Lead in-depth consultations, including scalp analysis & personalized treatment planning

Guide patients with clarity & empathy across procedures (FUE, DHI, Sapphire FUE, PRP & more)

Collaborate closely with surgeons & staff for a seamless patient experience

Counsel patients before & after procedures, building trust & long-term relationships

Use CRM & digital tools to manage leads, consultations & conversions

Achieve monthly consultation & conversion goals, supporting clinic growth

What We're Looking For

5–6 years of proven experience in hair transplant, dermatology, or aesthetics

Strong knowledge of advanced hair restoration techniques

Excellent communication & patient counseling skills

Comfortable with CRM, EMR & digital consultation tools

Goal-driven, professional, and empathetic in approach

Preffered Only Female. (Good Communication Skills, Well Presentable, Tech Friendly)
