Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our team at our Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, with excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude. You will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls, following up with patients or leads, and supporting front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients/patients to explain clinic services and promotions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and service details.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
  • Maintain and update client/patient databases regularly.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with clinic staff and doctors for smooth appointment flow.
  • Maintain call logs and prepare daily reports on follow-ups and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 10+2; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience: At least 1 year in telecalling, customer service, or similar roles
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi (preferred)
  • Polite, persuasive, and confident speaking manner
  • Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
  • Experience in a healthcare/dental/clinic setup is a plus

Work Schedule:

  • Working Days: 6 days/week (1 weekly off)
  • Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Flexibility to work extended hours if required
