Who We're Looking For

At OnEscape, we're looking for a landscape architect who is as passionate about sustainable design as they are about bringing innovative, green spaces to life. If you have 1–2 years of experience in landscape design and are excited to work on cutting-edge projects like vertical gardens and moss walls, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do

  • Design Development
    :
  • Work on fresh, creative, and context-specific designs for residential, commercial, and public spaces with a strong emphasis on sustainability and aesthetics. Focus on creating beautiful, functional green spaces using innovative techniques like vertical gardens and moss walls.
  • Project Management
    :
  • Bring your designs to life by managing projects from sketch to site. Coordinate with teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of green infrastructure solutions.
  • Client Handling & Presentations
    :
  • Engage with a diverse range of clients—from developers to homeowners—and help them visualize and create their ideal sustainable outdoor spaces.
  • Sales & Business Development
    :
  • Contribute to new project leads, support converting inquiries into long-term relationships, and drive sales growth for OnEscape's design-first green solutions.
  • Team Collaboration
    :
  • Work closely with a passionate team of designers, architects, and contractors who are dedicated to growing and learning together in an environment that fosters creativity.
  • Marketing Support
    :
  • Contribute your creative ideas to OnEscape's social media presence, pitch decks, and project highlights. Your voice will be an integral part of our brand's visibility in the green infrastructure space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Architecture or Master's in Landscape Architecture.
  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in landscape design, with experience in client communication a plus.
  • Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite; experience with Lumion or other rendering software is ideal.
  • A strong design sensibility with a passion for sustainability, green infrastructure, and innovative design techniques like vertical gardens.
  • Excellent communication skills—both visual, written, and verbal.
  • Proactive with a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
