Job Title: Holiday Packages Executive

Job Summary

The Holiday Packages Executive will be responsible for designing and coordinating domestic and international holiday packages. The role involves understanding customer requirements, creating customized itineraries, handling bookings, and ensuring excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and sell customized domestic and international holiday packages.
  • Understand client travel preferences and suggest suitable itineraries.
  • Prepare detailed quotations, itineraries, and travel documents.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and destination management companies.
  • Handle bookings for flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and activities.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  • Ensure smooth execution of tours and provide support during travel when required.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and post-travel feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and promotions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of Amadeus.

  • Strong knowledge of domestic and international tourist destinations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to customize itineraries as per client budgets and preferences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems/GDS (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,345.62 per month
